Football: Air is a mobile application that provides football-themed entertainment, including:

• 3v3 turn-based football matches
• Pre-match prediction and betting features (virtual, non-monetary)
• Tactical formation selection and strategy gameplay
• Challenge modes and achievement systems
• Statistical tracking and performance analytics
• Educational content about football

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

4. Virtual Betting and Gaming

Important Notice: All betting, wagering, and currency features in Football: Air are entirely virtual and for entertainment purposes only:

• No real money or monetary value is involved in any aspect of the app

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Football: Air and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Changes to Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

18. Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19. Updates to the Application

We may from time to time provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Service. You understand that we may require you to accept updates to continue using the Service. You acknowledge and agree that we may update the Service with or without notifying you.
